Lead Procurement Manager – Technology & Digital Media We are working with a leading technology and data-driven business seeking a Lead Procurement Manager to drive strategic procurement initiatives and lead a high-performing team. This is a unique opportunity to influence procurement transformation within a global organisation, working closely with senior leadership and delivering value through innovation, negotiation, and strategic planning. Responsibilities: Led a team of procurement professionals, driving team performance and development. Own end-to-end procurement for technology and digital media categories, with a focus on software/SaaS buying. Negotiate complex, high-value contracts to deliver measurable savings and strategic advantages. Drive procurement transformation initiatives, incorporating AI and automation tools to optimise processes. Develop and execute comprehensive category plans aligned with long-term business objectives. Engage and influence senior stakeholders, including presenting at the board and leadership level. Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver process improvements and ensure alignment with organisational goals. Essential Skills & Experience: Proven experience in technology procurement, ideally within software or SaaS environments. Digital/media buying experience in a technology or software context. Demonstrated track record of significant negotiation achievements. Experience managing or leading teams. Strong end-to-end procurement lifecycle expertise, including category planning and P&L ownership. Ability to confidently engage with senior stakeholders up to board level. Strategic thinker with a background in driving procurement transformation and automation initiatives. Exposure to AI or GenAI tools (e.g., Copilot, Microsoft AI platforms). Experience operating in matrix-style environments and reporting into group-level leadership.
