Salesforce Project Manager – Contract – Inside IR35 – Hybrid

We seek a Project Manager with robust experience in Salesforce implementation to join a critical program. This role will be pivotal in steering the project toward successful delivery by collaborating closely with internal teams, senior stakeholders, and external System Integrators (SI).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project planning focusing on detailed and actionable plans to address resource constraints and tight timelines.
• Collaborate with the SI, challenging and driving them to ensure high-quality delivery and adherence to deadlines.
• Coordinate effectively with program leadership, making sure it\’s aligned with technical and business objectives.
• Provide clear, structured plans to manage contingency, minimize disruption, and optimize resource allocation.
• Offer candid feedback, enabling the team to confront challenges and implement realistic solutions.

Skills & Experience

• Proven track record as a Project Manager delivering Salesforce implementation projects.
• Strong planning and organizational skills – capable of developing and managing complex, detailed project schedules.
• Ability to build trust and foster collaboration among cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Experience navigating sensitive project environments with diplomacy and professionalism.
• Knowledge of integration between Salesforce and ERP systems (e.g., Oracle) is required.
