Project Manager – Salesforce Implementation Salesforce Project Manager – Contract – Inside IR35 – Hybrid We seek a Project Manager with robust experience in Salesforce implementation to join a critical program. This role will be pivotal in steering the project toward successful delivery by collaborating closely with internal teams, senior stakeholders, and external System Integrators (SI). Key Responsibilities Lead project planning focusing on detailed and actionable plans to address resource constraints and tight timelines. Collaborate with the SI, challenging and driving them to ensure high-quality delivery and adherence to deadlines. Coordinate effectively with program leadership, making sure it\’s aligned with technical and business objectives. Provide clear, structured plans to manage contingency, minimize disruption, and optimize resource allocation. Offer candid feedback, enabling the team to confront challenges and implement realistic solutions. Skills & Experience Proven track record as a Project Manager delivering Salesforce implementation projects. Strong planning and organizational skills – capable of developing and managing complex, detailed project schedules. Ability to build trust and foster collaboration among cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. Experience navigating sensitive project environments with diplomacy and professionalism. Knowledge of integration between Salesforce and ERP systems (e.g., Oracle) is required.
