The focus is on strengthening the control environment, closing gaps, and ensuring readiness for ongoing external reliance and regulatory scrutiny.
Key responsibilities

- Provide senior oversight and direction to external advisory and delivery partners, ensuring outcomes over activity
- Establish and operate effective programme governance, reporting, and executive-level cadence
- Assess the current technology controls capability and define a pragmatic, sustainable operating model
- Oversee remediation of control deficiencies and readiness for audit reliance
- Engage confidently with senior Technology, Finance, Risk, and Audit stakeholders
- Ensure clarity of ownership, accountability, and momentum across all workstreams

- Comfortable operating at senior management or executive level with minimal supervision
- Big 4 background or equivalent advisory experience strongly preferred
Personal profile
- Senior, credible, and calm under scrutiny
- Pragmatic operator who can cut through complexity and drive outcomes
