Shift times rotate as needed, 5x8 hour shifts M-F. Hours either 7:15-3:45, 7:30-4 or 8-4:30. Most of the time we would have our agency nurses start at 7:15 or 7:30 as needed.

RTO Restrictions: Please, no more than 7 days of RTO per 13 week contract. If a shift is missed, please work to make up as soon as possible if able. Can have no more than 3 tardies and 2 call ins in a 13 week contract or can result in a cancellation. Will reset for every 13 week contract.

Required Skills: Primarily will work in lab/injection area drawing from ports/CVCs. Good assessment skills are required. Infusion center. Recognise/communicate abnormal lab values. Accessing ports. Care and management of ports. Central line blood draw. Central line/implanted line care. PICC line care. Isolation precautions. Neutropenic precautions. IM injections.

If you are working a straight night shift, there is no charge for parking, and you may park in the employee parking (you will receive parking information during orientation).
If you will be working a day/night rotation, you will have to obtain a parking pass for which there is a $70.00 fee per month. The garage that you will be parking in will be Clayton/Taylor Ave location. Bring your license plate number with you on your first day.
