Job description:

Fully understand the operational side of client queries. Lead the way and encourage/teach team members how to perform tasks and how to enhance the client experience. Drive continuous improvement for the team’s ways of working. Assist Partner Success team, and Sales where necessary, with an understanding of client’s trade executions with an in-depth analysis. Perform more complex payment’s role, including inter-transfer, raising and resolving payments tickets, managing CASS issues and managing daily settlement requests and third-party settlement platforms. Ensure DFX processes are followed accurately and in a timely manner.
