A great opportunity has become available for a passionateGeneral Manager to join Best Western Plus Milford Hotel, part of the Compass Hospitality Hotel Group. This is a great 3 Star hotel on the outskirts of Leeds with direct access to the A1, 47 bedrooms, and meeting rooms.

OurGeneral Managerwill lead the business to deliver solid financial results while engaging our guests and team. Being guest-centric with experience of P&L & H&S, you will be the leader of this business. We aim to empower GMs to own their properties and drive progression, building upon the success of Compass Hospitality. Must be KPI Driven and thrive under pressure.

OurGeneral Managerwill have passion and commitment to quality, be willing to create a welcoming environment, and provide guests with great stories that make them want to visit again and again.

This is an ideal role for an existingGeneral Manager,previous experience working in a multi-site or multi-faceted operation. They will be confident in leading a team and motivational.
