The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene across guest rooms and public areas. This role ensures a welcoming, safe, and comfortable environment for all guests. Key Responsibilities * Clean and prepare guest bedrooms and bathrooms * Change bed linen, towels, and replenish amenities * Vacuum, dust, polish, and sanitise all required surfaces * Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns promptly * Follow cleaning schedules and daily task lists * Ensure housekeeping trolleys and storage areas are tidy, stocked, and organised * Handle lost property according to hotel policy * Work efficiently to meet room turnaround targets while maintaining quality Skills & Attributes * Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Good time management and organisation * Reliable, trustworthy, and committed to high standards * Physically able to perform manual cleaning tasks
