As our Guest Service Supervisor you will…

The job covers guest services in the hotel, including but not limited to Reception & Bar daily operations. Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring all guests are greeted with the brand guidelines
  • Handling telephone bookings and enquiries
  • Being the responsible person on shift in the hotel
  • Training team to brand standards
  • Reporting to the Operations Manager & Hotel Manager

To ensure you will be successful in your role you will need to possess:
