Front of House Supervisor: a typical day
- Leading by example and delivering warm, attentive hospitality
- Greeting guests, performing front of house duties and ensuring each visitor enjoys a seamless dining experience
- Assisting with training and supporting team members
- Maintaining exceptional service standards and managing stock efficiently
- Using skills and experience to cope with multi-tasking
- Handling enquiries and billing with precision
