Our Server cPanel, AlmaLinux, Apache, MySQL, php-fpm Problem: Php-fpm consuming too many resources and slowing down server / restarting php-fpm almost every day.
Work Required:
- First check if php-fpm settings are correctly configured.
- Go through various logs to find out issues with php-fpm. We can provide time when the issue occurred in the past few days.
- If there is no sufficient logging related to this issue, then enable logging.
- Write a script or use any available script to monitor php-fpm for the individual domains which are causing the issue. This script should monitor, log and alert us when any issue occurs so that we can dig further to solve the problem.
- Provide any other alternate solution to fix/monitor/prevent this issue.
Access to the Server: We can’t provide access to the server. We can provide you logs and we can run commands ourselves.
Duration: We have to set up and monitor the server so it is going to take a few days of monitoring. Apply only if you are ok with the above requirements and if you have done this work in the past.
