We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a busy and growing food manufacturing company near Winchester, for a reliable and hands-on Production Operative to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone with food production experience who is ready to get stuck in and contribute from day one.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating production machinery and following recipes/instructions accurately
- Maintaining strict hygiene standards (clean as you go)
- Carrying out quality checks and completing paperwork correctly
- Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience in food manufacturing or production (training provided)
- Good attention to detail with strong literacy
Working Hours (Monday - Friday rotation):
- AM Shift: 06:00 - 14:15
- PM Shift: 14:00 - 22:15
