We’re recruiting on behalf of our client, a busy and growing food manufacturing company near Winchester, for a reliable and hands-on Production Operative to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone with food production experience who’s ready to get stuck in and contribute from day one.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating production machinery and following recipes/instructions accurately
- Maintaining strict hygiene standards (clean as you go)
- Carrying out quality checks and completing paperwork correctly
- Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in food manufacturing or production (training provided)
- Good attention to detail with strong literacy & numeracy skills
- Food Safety / Health & Safety qualifications are an advantage
- Reliable, hands-on and team-focused attitude
- Full UK driving licence & own vehicle required (due to limited public transport access)
Working Hours (Monday – Friday rotation):
- AM Shift: 06:00 – 14:15
- PM Shift: 14:00 – 22:15
