Warehouse Operative Early Shift in Basingstoke

Best Time Recruitment is currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to work within a busy distribution environment in Basingstoke.

This is a part-time opportunity with regular shifts available throughout the week, although the number of shifts may vary depending on operational requirements. The role could be particularly suitable for students or candidates looking for additional work alongside other commitments.

The Role

As a Warehouse Operative, your duties may include:

• Sorting and handling parcels
• Loading and unloading goods
• Scanning and moving items within the warehouse
• Preparing parcels for dispatch
• General warehouse duties
• Maintaining a clean and organised working area
• Following site health and safety procedures
• Supporting the wider warehouse team as required

About You

We are looking for candidates who are:

• Reliable and punctual
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working as part of a team
• Available for 02:00 AM starts
• Able to travel reliably to the workplace at this time

Previous warehouse or parcel-handling experience is beneficial, but full training can be provided for the right candidate.

Pay & Benefits

• £12.71 per hour
• £15.01 per hour after 12 qualifying weeks, subject to AWR eligibility
