Early years practitioner / Nursery Nurse – Reigate
Salary: £28,000 – £32,000
We are currently recruiting for experienced level three practitioners who are seeking a new challenge, who are keen to expand their childcare experience and enhance their continued professional development. Applicants need to have excellent knowledge of implementing the Early years foundation stage curriculum and have a sound understanding of key OFSTED requirements.
Job purpose:
An excellent ability to work as an integral part of a team, utilising key techniques to promote high standards of care.
To use initiative and share information according to the key values of the setting, ensuring all the children’s needs are met
Flexibility and a willingness to adapt, working with different age groups, embracing more responsibility and duties within the role
Excellent planning and organisational skills and previous knowledge of Safeguarding and health and safety policies and procedures
