Pre School Room Leader - Barnes
Position: Early Years Teacher
Salary: £32,000 – £37,000 (depending on qualification and experience)
Hours: Full time over 4 days (8:00-18:00, 1 hour lunch break)
About the Nursery
Our nursery is established and popular in the beautiful Barnes area. The dedicated team has been with us for 5+ years, and we utilise local green spaces for daily outdoor adventures.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support a team of practitioners within a 4‑day schedule.
- Plan and deliver high quality early years curriculum, ensuring children develop under your care.
- Maintain a safe, nurturing environment across indoor and outdoor spaces.
- Communicate with parents and colleagues to promote the children’s learning journey.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent).
- Confident in leading a team of practitioners and experience in a similar role.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Warm, positive attitude with creative ideas and a collaborative spirit.
