Best-Start-Recruitment is seeking a Nursery Manager in Kingsbury. The role is full-time (40 hours) with a salary up to £45k. You will lead day-to-day operations, oversee staff, and ensure high standards of learning, development and care for children aged 0-5 in a local setting.
The successful candidate will manage the setting, ensure safety and Ofsted compliance, build strong parent partnerships and drive the EYFS curriculum in a busy, open 8am–6pm environment.
