Pre School Room Leader - Barnes Early years teacher

Salary: £32,000-£37,000 depending on qualification and experience

Full time over 4 days! Working 8-6 over 4 days with a one hour lunch break!

Room Leader to work within this established and popular nursery in the beautiful Barnes area.

  • Dedicated Team: Our team are passionate and long-term team members being with us for 5+ years. Their daily care and devotion are at the heart of Barnes.
  • Access to Local Green Spaces: Located near beautiful green spaces and parks, we offer daily outdoor adventures where children explore, play, and connect with nature. These outings enrich our outdoor activity garden, providing a safe, nurturing environment that fosters growth and joy in every child.
  • School Time: Open 8am to 6pm, 5 days a week, 50 weeks a year.

As Room Leader you will be passionate about working with children, watching them develop under your care and looking to continue your career with a reputable nursery committed to the happiness of the children and staff. They need dynamic, driven and committed individuals with a child-centred approach.

Must have a minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years education or equivalent, be confident in leading a team of practitioners and have experience working in a similar role.
