Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent (Level 5 or above preferred).
- At least 2 years of experience in a nursery management role within an early‑years setting.
- Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and health & safety regulations.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing high‑quality care.
