We are now looking for a Room Lead to join the team.
The nursery is split across two locations in Parsons Green.
The working hours are 40 hours per week and can be done over four days or five days.

Key Responsibilities
- Accountable for the delivery of high‑quality inclusive early education that responds to the needs of children and their families.
- Lead practice within the classroom.
- Monitor systems of assessment, recording and reporting on children’s progress.
- Ensure that all practitioners understand and apply the Early Years Foundation Stage principles and content.
- Ensure practitioners set high expectations for all children and work to help them reach their full potential.
- Maintain service delivery within current legislative requirements, including safeguarding, health and safety, and learning and development.
- Contribute to the work of a multi‑professional team and, where appropriate, coordinate and implement agreed programmes and interventions on a day‑to‑day basis.
- The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Recognised early years teaching qualification.
- Strong previous experience working with children aged 2–5 in an early years or nursery setting.
- Understanding of child development and early years pedagogy, including knowledge of EYFS, Reggio Emilia, or equivalent frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills, able to engage effectively with children, parents and colleagues.
- Strong classroom management, organisation and planning skills with a focus on high‑quality learning outcomes.
- A passionate, child‑centred approach that inspires curiosity, creativity and a love of learning.
- A reflective and adaptable mindset, committed to continuous improvement and professional growth.
