Salary: £30,100.00 – £33,370.00 per year

Hourly: £14.35 for Level 2, £15.35 for Level 3

40 hours per week (4 days per week)

About the Nursery

The nursery is seeking full‑time Early Years educators at Level 2 and Level 3. The team values sensitivity, kindness, compassion and enthusiasm for children and selects staff on both qualifications and aptitude.

Ideal Candidate

  • A full and relevant Early Years qualification – Essential
  • Experience working with children under 5 – Essential
  • Fluent English – Essential
  • Prepared to complete a DBS check and provide written references
  • Commitment to the protection and safeguarding of children and young people
  • Willingness to work within company procedures and meet required standards for the role
  • A flexible approach
  • Creative and able to implement daily activities with children
  • Support diversity, equality and inclusion
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in partnership with other staff members
  • Be naturally warm and respectful towards children and their needs
