About the Nursery
The nursery is seeking full‑time Early Years educators at Level 2 and Level 3. The team values sensitivity, kindness, compassion and enthusiasm for children and selects staff on both qualifications and aptitude.

Ideal Candidate
- A full and relevant Early Years qualification – Essential
- Experience working with children under 5 – Essential
- Fluent English – Essential
- Prepared to complete a DBS check and provide written references
- Commitment to the protection and safeguarding of children and young people
- Willingness to work within company procedures and meet required standards for the role
- A flexible approach
- Creative and able to implement daily activities with children
- Support diversity, equality and inclusion
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in partnership with other staff members
- Be naturally warm and respectful towards children and their needs
