Nursery Manager – Putney
Full time. Salary £45k + annual performance bonus.
Working hours: 7:45 am – 6:30 pm, 4 days per week with 1 day off per week.
Annual leave: 4 weeks paid annual leave, plus 1 additional day with every year of continuous employment (up to a maximum of 1 additional week).
Sick leave: 1 week paid sick leave after 1 year of employment.

The Nursery is open 51 weeks per year, with 1 week closure at Christmas.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Ensure excellent standards across all areas of the setting are maintained and developed to provide the best outcomes for children and families.
- Ensure and enable excellent delivery of all aspects of the EYFS curriculum in a creative and inspiring way.
- Embed and execute the Nursery ethos of helping every child “learn well” consistently throughout the Nursery and staff.
- Provide strong people leadership and role modelling to create a fantastic culture and working environment for the team.
- Focus on building occupancy, critical for a new setting.
- Build strong partnership with parents and external agencies to support every child's learning, development and well-being.
- Ensure all policies and procedures are embedded in the setting, with safeguarding being paramount.
- Oversee all aspects of safeguarding.
