We are seeking a Nursery Room Leader to join the team at this Montessori nursery. The setting has been newly fitted and we are looking for team members to work within the Montessori influenced environment.
Salary and Benefits
- Paying £28,392 - £33,700 dependent on qualification and experience
- Competitive salary with an annual review
- 28 days holiday per year, including 2 days at Easter, 5 days at Christmas, bank holidays and the remaining to take in your own time

Role and Responsibilities
This is a full-time Early Years Practitioner / Nursery Nurse role, working 40 hours per week. As a Nursery Room Leader, you will be a driven and committed individual with a child‑centred approach. You must have excellent written and spoken English and have experience working in a similar role. Essential qualities include a commitment to helping children thrive and get the best start in life, a warm and positive approach, lots of creative ideas and a willingness to work as part of a team.
Qualifications
Minimum Level 2/3 qualification in Early Years education or equivalent. Must have experience in a similar role.
