This is a unique opportunity to work within this beautiful and reputable nursery in the leafy town of Barnes, SW London. The nursery is looking for someone with previous experience and a Level 3 Qualification to support the teaching of the children. The ideal candidate will have experience in a nursery setting.

- Dedicated Team: Our team are passionate and long-term members, being with us for 5+ years. Their daily care and devotion are at the heart of Barnes.
- Access to Local Green Spaces: Located near beautiful green spaces and parks, we offer daily outdoor adventures where children explore, play, and connect with nature. These outings enrich our outdoor activity garden, providing a safe, nurturing environment that fosters growth and joy in every child.
- School Time: Open 8am to 6pm, 5 days a week, 50 weeks a year.
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will be passionate about working with children, watching them develop under your care and looking to continue your career with a reputable nursery committed to the happiness of the children and staff. We need dynamic, driven, and committed individuals with a child-centred approach. You must have a minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years education or equivalent, be confident in leading a team of practitioners, and have experience working in a similar role.
Other essential qualities: To have excellent written and spoken English, commitment to helping children thrive and get the best start in life, a warm and positive approach, lots of creative ideas, and a willingness to work as part of a team.
