Overview
Job title: Early Years practitioner - Nursery Nurse - Early years Educator
Locations: West Hampstead
Age Group: From 6 months β 3 years (baby and toddler rooms only)
Salary: Β£25,985 to Β£28,794 (depending on qualification level)
Hours: 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with 1 hour break. Shifts: 8-4:30, 8:30-5, 9-6, 9:30-6; rota-based, no part-time or fixed shifts.
Holidays: 7 weeks paid holiday per year
Start: As soon as possible
Essential: Level 3 childcare qualification or higher β must have right to work (sponsorship not available)

Role
As a key person in waiting, you will be working across all rooms where ages range from 6 months to 2.5 years. You will support the room leaders and team within the rooms, gaining valuable experience as a practitioner and supporting your development.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities are encompassed in supporting age-appropriate care and education across designated rooms, collaborating with room leaders, and contributing to a high-quality learning environment for children.
Qualifications
- You will have at least 1 year experience in a nursery setting.
- Progression to or current Level 3 in childcare after probation period.
