Know Your EYFS Inside Out

Showcase Your Leadership Skills

Communicate Your Caring Nature

During the interview, let your naturally caring and patient approach shine through. Share anecdotes that demonstrate your ability to build trust with both children and parents. This will help convey that you’re the right fit for a nurturing environment.

Prepare for Practical Scenarios

Expect to be asked about real-life scenarios involving baby care and early development. Think about how you would handle situations related to safeguarding, allergy awareness, or first aid. Being prepared with practical examples will show your competence and confidence.
