Job Description:
We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional childcare in a nurturing environment — and now, we’re on the lookout for a passionate Nursery Practitioner in our preschool to join our close-knit team.
Are you energetic, dependable, and quick-thinking? Do you have a Level 3 childcare qualification and hands-on experience with little learners?
You’ll be working with a delightful group of children, surrounded by a supportive and friendly team that values creativity, collaboration, and care.
Purpose of post
- Ensure all children are safeguarded and their welfare and safety is promoted
- Provide a high standard of physical, emotional, social and intellectual care for all children in the nursery
- Give support to other team members throughout the nursery
- Work as part of a team in order to provide an enabling environment in which all individual children can play, learn and develop.
Requirements:
- A recognised Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are required to engage effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Previous experience working with children in a nursery or similar setting is highly desirable.
- A genuine passion for childcare and the ability to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for children is crucial.
