Salary: £25,985 – £28,794 depending on qualification level
Hours: 38 hours per week Monday to Friday + 1 hour break – Shifts: 8‑4:30, 8:30‑5, 9‑6, 9:30‑6. Rota – no part‑time or fixed shifts.
Holidays: 7 weeks paid holiday per year

- Right to work – no sponsorship
Key person in the nursery working across all rooms for 6 months to 2.5 years. Supports room leaders and team within the rooms, gaining experience as a practitioner and enhancing professional development.
Responsibilities- Support room leaders and teams in delivering the curriculum
- Interact with children aged 6 months to 2.5 years in a baby and toddler setting
- Contribute to care planning and child development monitoring
- Assist with classroom management and daily routines
- Maintain a safe and stimulating learning environment
- Collaborate with colleagues and share best practice
- At least 1 year experience in a nursery setting
- Progressing through a Level 3 childcare qualification after the probation period
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- High-quality training including 10 paid inset days per year
- Additional £1,000 pay rise for staff who stay for two years and have good performance
