Nursery Room Leader – Newham Salary: £31,000 – £33,000 dependant on experience Brand new Nursery! Pre-school Hours of work: 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday, shift patterns between 07:30 – 18:30 THIS NURSERY DOES NOT OFFER SPONSORSHIP Benefits •30 days holidays including bank holidays •Nest Pension •3 paid INSET days per year •Training fully funded •Annual discretionary bonus •Discounted childcare •Team socials each year Purpose of the Role To lead the day-to-day practice within a room, ensuring high-quality teaching, learning, and care. The Room Leader supports the team, oversees planning, and ensures the environment meets the developmental needs of all children.
