The Role
As Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and day‑to‑day management of the nursery. This includes ensuring high‑quality care and education, compliance with EYFS and Ofsted standards, and the successful integration of the Montessori philosophy throughout the setting.

- Lead and inspire a team of early years educators and Montessori practitioners
