Hours: 8-6

What We\’re Looking For:

  • Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
  • Minimum GCSE Grade C in Maths and English
  • Previous experience in a senior Early Years role (Nursery Manager, Deputy Manager, or similar).
  • Proven ability to lead teams to \’Good\’ or \’Outstanding\’ Ofsted outcomes.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor, coach, and build cohesive teams.
  • Deep understanding of safeguarding, EYFS framework, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and decision-making skills.
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional care and education.
