What We\’re Looking For:
- Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
- Minimum GCSE Grade C in Maths and English
- Previous experience in a senior Early Years role (Nursery Manager, Deputy Manager, or similar).
- Proven ability to lead teams to \’Good\’ or \’Outstanding\’ Ofsted outcomes.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor, coach, and build cohesive teams.
- Deep understanding of safeguarding, EYFS framework, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and decision-making skills.
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional care and education.
