What We\’re Looking For:
Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
Minimum GCSE Grade C in Maths and English
Previous experience in a senior Early Years role (Nursery Manager, Deputy Manager, or similar).
Proven ability to lead teams to \’Good\’ or \’Outstanding\’ Ofsted outcomes.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor, coach, and build cohesive teams.
Deep understanding of safeguarding, EYFS framework, and regulatory compliance.
Excellent communication, organisational, and decision-making skills.
A genuine passion for delivering exceptional care and education.
