Nursery Manager – Montessori Setting 🌿 📍 Location: Earlsfield 🕒 Full-Time | Permanent 💰 Salary: £39,000 + 📅 Start Date: End November Are you a passionate and experienced early years professional with a strong belief in the Montessori approach? We are seeking a dedicated Nursery Manager to lead our vibrant and nurturing Montessori nursery. About Us We provide a calm, enriching environment where children are encouraged to develop independence, creativity, and confidence through the Montessori method. Our setting is purposefully designed with natural materials and child-led learning at its core. The Role As Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and day-to-day management of the nursery. This includes ensuring high-quality care and education, compliance with EYFS and Ofsted standards, and the successful integration of the Montessori philosophy throughout the setting.
