Early years practitioner – Barnes Barnes, London, ENG Early Years Practitioner / Experienced Practitioner- Barnes Salary Up to £37,000 depending on qualification and experience Working Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday (4 Days Per Week, 37 hours up to £32k and 5 days £37 k) This is a unique opportunity to work within this beautiful and reputable nursery in the leafy town of Barnes, SW London. The nursery are looking for someone with previous experience, with a Level 3 Qualification to support the teaching of the children. The ideal candidate will have experience in a nursery setting. More about the nursery: Dedicated Team Our team are passionate and long-term team members being with us for 5+ years. Their daily care and devotion are at the heart of Barnes Access to Local Green Spaces Located near beautiful green spaces and parks, we offer daily outdoor adventures where children explore, play, and connect with nature. These outings enrich our outdoor activity garden, providing a safe, nurturing environment that fosters growth and joy in every child. School Time Open 8am to 6pm, 5 days a week, 50 weeks a year. As a Nursery Practitioner you will be passionate about working with children, watching them develop under your care and looking to continue your career with a reputable nursery committed to happiness of the children and staff. They need dynamic, driven and committed individuals with a child centred approach. Must have a minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years education or equivalent, be confident in leading a team of practitioners and have experience working in a similar role. Other essential qualities: To have excellent written and spoken English, commitment to helping children thrive and get the best start in life, a warm and positive approach, lots of creative ideas and a willingness to work as part of a team.
