Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for early childhood education? We are seeking an experienced Early Years Executive Manager to drive excellence, innovation, and growth across our four outstanding nurseries in London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide, motivate, and support nursery managers to ensure outstanding care and education, while also overseeing the mentoring program for new team members.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for continuous improvement and innovation across all settings.
- Ensure full compliance with Ofsted and statutory requirements, maintaining the highest standards of safeguarding.
- Monitor nursery performance, analyse data, and drive best practice.
- Oversee financial performance, occupancy, and resource allocation to ensure commercial success.
- Build strong relationships with parents, staff, and the wider community, promoting our nurseries as centres of excellence.
About You:
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in a senior multi-site management role within early years settings.
- Recognised Early Years qualification (Level 3 minimum; degree/EYPS preferred).
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams, with a strong track record of driving improvement.
- Deep understanding of the EYFS framework, Ofsted standards, and best practice in early childhood development.
- Strategic thinker with strong people skills, financial acumen, and a creative approach to problem-solving.
