I am looking for our next surveyor at Best Snag Scotland.

We\'re Scotlands only dedicated snagging company owned and operated by Chartered Surveyors.

The role would suit a current Building Surveyor or Site Manager looking for a better work/life balance. The role would give you flexibility over your working days.

You don\'t need to be a chartered building surveyor or site manager for this position but you must be open to receiving training to ensure you have the knowledge required and ability to follow our processes.

The candidate will be a current site manager or nhbc inspector with extensive experience building new build houses and dealing with the customer care process.

£45-55K earning potential.

The role will be on a self employed basis. Full support would be provided to set yourself up.

You will only be expected to undertake 1 survey per day. This ensures you aren\'t having to rush through your working day, which in turn ensures our clients and their homes receive the time and attention they deserve.

There will be days where you will be finished earlier than your standard 8-5pm site management shift pattern and there will be days that may require working into the evening to get surveys and reports complete to deadlines.

You will determine your own holidays. We have based the estimated earning potential of £48-55k per year on taking 40 days holiday per year.

Training on our systems and processes will be provided to the successful candidate.

Must have own transport and willing to travel east, west and as far north as Perth. The majority of work is in the central belt.

The individual must be punctual, well presented, highly motivated, driven and an excellent communicator who puts clients needs and customer service first.

The individual must be comfortable working on their own in residential houses alongside clients and their families/pets. They must also be health and safety conscious and tidy.
