This role would suit an experienced manager with previous experience of design systems engineering with complex instrumentation.\\nRequirements:\\nDegree in engineering\\nExtensive experience in a design systems engineering or architectural role, preferably within a complex instrumentation or high-tech environment.\\nStrong understanding of system architecture principles and methodologies.\\nProven ability to define and drive technical roadmaps for complex systems.\\nExperience with performance optimization and improvement management.\\nAbility to lead and influence cross-functional teams.\\nExperience in the instrumentation or similar industry is highly desirable
