Job Title: AdvancedClinical Practitioner.

Key responsibilities

Clinical leadership.

  • Utilise advanced clinical skills to manage high-risk cases and make critical clinical decisions autonomously.

Patient care excellence.

  • Develop and implement advanced care plans tailored to individual patient needs, ensuring high-quality outcomes and patient safety.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to patients, families, and the healthcare team, ensuring holistic and integrated care.

Innovation and Improvement.

  • Drive improvements in clinical practice through evidence-based approaches, contributing to the development and implementation of new protocols and procedures.

Person Specification.

Qualifications & experience

· Advanced clinical practitioner (ACP) qualification or equivalent.

· Master’s degree in advanced clinical practice or related field.

· Registration with an appropriate professional body (e.g., NMC or HCPC).

Skills and competencies.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences.

· Strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting complex data and presenting findings effectively.
