About the Role:

As a Trust Partner Sales Executive you will support the growth of the business by providing strategic and tactical business development, focusing on Multi-Academy Trusts (MATs) and Multi-School Groups (MSGs), establishing Preferred Supplier / Partner Agreements across multiple programmes. Additionally, you must be willing to travel to meet with clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and execute regional strategic client/business development plans quarterly, aligned with business strategy, objectives, and goals.
  • Collaborate with Head of Sales and the Director of Partnerships on strategies for client development and acquisition.
  • Research and identify new business opportunities through growth areas, trends, and client networks.
  • Build compelling business cases for new client initiatives and services.
  • Utilise sales, business development, marketing techniques, and networking to attract new business.
  • Create detailed proposals, tenders, and presentations to secure business from new and existing large clients.
  • Personally win, oversee, and retain high-value client accounts at the MAT/MSG level.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective and existing clients.
  • Organise and lead client events, such as exhibitions and conferences, to generate new business.
  • Play a key role in promoting and developing selected products and business lines internally and externally.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the educational market and government policies to maximise business and growth opportunities.
  • Conduct market analysis, client mapping, and development planning effectively.
  • Identify opportunities for new and improved product offerings, services, and client approaches on an ongoing basis.
  • Collaborate with marketing and partnership teams to proactively seek new partner organisations and opportunities, expanding the program's offerings.
