About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with organizational objectives and drive engagement.
- Campaign Oversight: Lead the creation and execution of innovative marketing campaigns across various channels to enhance brand awareness and enrolment.
- Digital Reporting: Analyze digital marketing metrics, prepare detailed performance reports, and utilize insights to optimize strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Head of Marketing to align on goals, report progress, and ensure cohesive brand messaging.
- Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
About You:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role overseeing a team.
- Proven expertise in digital marketing, including proficiency with platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in creating and interpreting digital performance reports.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- A creative and strategic mindset, capable of driving innovation and achieving measurable results.
- Passion for education and a commitment to making a positive impact in the sector.
