About the Role
As a Level 5 Early Years Lead Practitioner Apprentice, you will:
- Lead high-quality Early Years practice across the setting
- Support children's learning, development, and wellbeing
- Act as a role model and mentor for colleagues
- Plan and oversee engaging activities aligned to the EYFS
- Support observation, assessment, and tracking of children's progress
- Develop positive relationships with children, families, and professionals
