Are you an experienced Early Years professional looking to take the next step into leadership? Angelic Wings The Dove Room is recruiting for a Level 5 Early Years Lead Practitioner Apprentice to join their dedicated team. This is an excellent opportunity to develop advanced leadership skills while gaining a nationally recognised qualification and continuing to make a positive impact on children's learning and development.

  • Available Positions
    • 1 Full-Time Vacancy - 9 hours per day (flexible)
    • 1 Part-Time Vacancy - 5.5 hours per day (flexible)

Salary: £15.25 per hour

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Nursery opening hours: 8:15am - 5:45pm, Flexible working patterns available

About the Role

As a Level 5 Early Years Lead Practitioner Apprentice, you will:

  • Lead high-quality Early Years practice across the setting
  • Support children's learning, development, and wellbeing
  • Act as a role model and mentor for colleagues
  • Plan and oversee engaging activities aligned to the EYFS
  • Support observation, assessment, and tracking of children's progress
  • Develop positive relationships with children, families, and professionals
