You will provide first line customer service across phone, tickets and live chats, supporting participants, associates and head office colleagues.

You will develop IT skills, become an expert in at least one programme, and help prepare for intake launches, coordinating with stakeholders to meet tight deadlines while upholding our values of excellence and collaboration.
