Apprentice Nursery Lead Practitioner
Must hold a level 3 early years educator qualification.
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice Nursery Educator to join our friendly team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in an early years setting while working towards a recognised childcare qualification.
You will support qualified staff with the day‑to‑day care of children, helping to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can learn and develop.
Responsibilities
- Support qualified staff with day‑to‑day care of children.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment to facilitate learning and development.
Work Hours and Compensation
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 6pm – 4 days a week (40 hours a week).
- Wage: £28,000 to £30,000 depending on experience.
Training and Support
- On‑the‑job training and support throughout your apprenticeship.
- Location: 50 Main Rd, Hursley, Winchester SO21 2JW.
