Early Years Educator Apprenticeship

We have a fantastic opportunity for an aspiring apprentice to join our team. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are ambitious and want to gain playworker qualification while getting experience. You\’ll create meaningful relationships with the children, your team and with parents. Working Hours: 40 hours per week, shifts between Monday to Friday 7:30 am‑6 pm.

• Providing care, play, and learning activities for children of different ages and developmental stages.
• Ensuring the crèche environment is inclusive and appropriate for children\’s needs and cultural backgrounds.
• Communicating with parents: sharing information about children\’s needs and progress with parents and carers.
• Monitoring children and discussing concerns with a line manager.
• Willingness to learn.
• Being reliable and punctual (important in the childcare industry).
• Strong communication skills.
• A true passion for working with children.
• Patience, empathy, and understanding.

Other Requirements

• You must be a UK resident and have at least 3 years residency in the UK/EU.
• If you require a Visa, this must not expire before the apprenticeship end date (up to 24 months).
• GCSEs in English and Maths at Grade C (4) or above, or able to achieve Level 2 English and Maths whilst on programme.
