Overview
Apprenticeships Delivery Manager – Leader APP with NPQs at Best Practice Network. We are a DfE accredited, Ofsted outstanding training company providing apprenticeships, professional development and the DfE\\\’s Golden Thread. Responsibilities
- Lead and operationally manage the delivery of Leaders Apprenticeship with NPQ programmes, ensuring data quality, compliance, and funding adherence.
- Utilise data analytics to identify trends, mitigate risks, and ensure learners follow individualised pathways to maximise progress.
- Collaborate with Apprenticeship Performance Coaches (APCs) and IQA to achieve operational excellence and meet KPIs; track learner progress and ensure timely completion of all apprenticeship elements.
- Ensure programme delivery complies with Ofsted and DfE regulations, and meets learner, apprentice and client expectations.
- Analyse Bud/CCMS data to identify trends, actions, and funding audit risks; provide regular reports to leadership.
- Support APCs and related teams to meet contractual targets (timely success rates, referrals, progressions).
- Drive improvements in learner and employer Net Promoter Score (NPS) through feedback.
- Maintain high data quality and compliance with funding rules; identify optimisation opportunities.
- Develop and maintain protocols for required metrics and data; ensure information is up to date across internal and external systems.
- Train staff on compliance, Ofsted, and funding regulations; keep knowledge current.
- Support business growth by collaborating with the sales team on learner recruitment and new business opportunities.
- Track learner progression through gateway preparation and End Point Assessment arrangements to ensure timely outcomes.
Objectives and Standards
- Work with APCs and IQA to achieve operational excellence and exceed KPIs; monitor learner progress and enable timely completion of all programme elements.
- Ensure delivery aligns with regulatory requirements and client expectations.
- Provide regular analysis and reporting on funding and audit risks using Bud/CCMS data.
- Support and drive continuous improvement in NPS scores from learners and employers.
Requirements
Essential Criteria
- Proven experience in apprenticeship operations and data compliance management.
- Extensive, up-to-date knowledge of Apprenticeship funding rules and regulatory requirements.
- Experience using data analytics to identify trends and mitigate funding audit risks.
- Strong understanding of Bud/CCMS or similar apprenticeship management systems.
- High literacy and numeracy with strong data analysis skills.
- Excellent IT skills with e-portfolios, Excel, and various software platforms.
- Confident and professional with the ability to work with people at all levels and develop stakeholder relationships.
- Good understanding of Ofsted requirements and compliance processes.
- Excellent time-keeping, initiative, and workload prioritisation.
- Effective analytical skills and high attention to detail for data quality and compliance.
- Enthusiasm, can-do attitude and energy; experience supporting external audits and regulatory inspections.
- Proven track record of driving high-quality learning and achieving learner start and completion targets.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Desirable Criteria
- Experience in financial and account reporting.
- Background in education or apprenticeship delivery sectors.
- National Professional Qualification completed in the last 3 years.
- Comprehensive knowledge and experience using Power BI reporting and data analytics.
