Seeking an enthusiastic & compassionate SEND Teaching Assistant Apprentice to join our team. Ideal for individuals who are passionate about supporting children with additional needs & eager to develop their skills within a specialist educational setting.
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 8:345am – 3:30pm, Term Time Only
What you’ll do at work:
- Support pupils 1:1 and in small groups
- Help pupils engage in learning and track their progress
- Assist with planning, marking and classroom resources
- Promote positive behaviour and support pupil wellbeing
- Provide support with SEND needs and learning strategies
Requirements:
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Patient, proactive and reliable
- Passion for supporting young people
- You must be fully available for the working hours listed
