As a Level 3 Early Years Educator Apprentice, you will be supported by experienced practitioners who are passionate about mentoring and helping apprentices grow into confident early years professionals. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Support children at different stages of development and abilities, ensuring every child feels valued and supported.
  • Help create a calm, stimulating and prepared learning environment inspired by the Montessori approach.
  • Support daily routines including meal times, outdoor play, and personal care.
