We have a fantastic opportunity for an aspiring apprentice to join our team. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are ambitious and want to gain an early year's qualification while getting experience. You'll create meaningful relationships with the children, your team and with parents.

Safeguarding Statement: This authority/organisation is dedicated to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people, requiring all staff and volunteers to uphold this commitment. As part of the safer recruitment, you will require an enhanced DBS. This will be applied for by the employer if successful. It is an offence to apply for the role if you are barred from engaging in regulated activity relevant to children. We reserve the right to close a job prior to the initial closing date. We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. Background checks and an enhanced DBS will be required. This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.

Working Hours: Mon/Tues/Thurs/Fri, nursery closed on Wednesdays. 40 hours per week. Please note, 1 day per week will be a 7am start to open the nursery.

Salary: £8ph for those aged 18 and under for the course duration. £8ph for the first 12 months, £12.21 thereafter for those aged 19 and above, including those who will turn 19 years old during the apprenticeship training. Paid lunch break. Term Time Only.
