Are you passionate about working with children and looking to build a long-term career in early years education? As a Level 3 Early Years Educator Apprentice, you will be supported by experienced practitioners who are passionate about mentoring and helping apprentices grow into confident early years professionals. For the right candidate, there is a strong opportunity to move into a permanent role and continue building your career in early years education.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support children at different stages of development and abilities, ensuring every child feels valued and supported.
- Help create a calm, stimulating and prepared learning environment inspired by the Montessori approach.
- Encourage children’s independence through hands-on activities and exploration.
- Support daily routines including meal times, outdoor play, and personal care.
- Observe and support children’s individual development and learning journeys.
- Work closely with experienced staff who will mentor and guide you throughout your apprenticeship.
Entry Requirements

- Commitment to completing the full apprenticeship programme.
Apprenticeship Details
- Hours: 8:30am to 4:00pm, Monday to Thursday, and 8:30am to 1:30pm on Fridays
