We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistant Apprentice to join our Reception team. This role is ideal for an individual who is passionate about supporting young children in the Early Years Foundation Stage, eager to develop their skills within a primary school setting, and motivated to contribute positively to children’s learning and wellbeing.

Apprenticeship Summary:

  • Salary: £7.55 an hour
  • Working Week: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm including a 1 hour break
  • Hours: 35 hours per week
  • Location: St Mary's Road, Swanley, Face, BR87BU

The Role:

As a Teaching Assistant Apprentice, you will work under the direction of the class teacher to support teaching and learning within the Reception class. You will help deliver high-quality care and education, ensuring pupils’ physical, emotional, social and intellectual needs are met. You will assist with daily routines, classroom activities and behaviour management, while developing your own professional skills and knowledge within an Early Years setting.

  • Regular review meetings to track progress and development.
